I'm currently using bb 10.1.0.2354. When I use BB browser to go to news.google.com, the page displays but the blue bar beneath it is still loading. When I click on the link of the news, nothing works.

When I try to go to another site, it doesn't take me to another site regardless of what I do. This blue bar is still there after 5 hours. How can I fix this problem? Thank you.

I don't have any problem going to BB world.

Has happened to many, this has worked for me and many others.

1. Go to browser, click the three dots and clear history and cookies.
2. TYPE www.google.com /?t manually, be sure to type it, enter.
3. Back to normal!!

I tried your suggestion and saw a lot of Google sites. However, nothing works when I click on any link. The blue bar is still loading at 99% regardless of which website I go. It doesn't finish loading. Any new suggestion? Thank you.

I had this issue as well with not loading totally and not being able to click on "new tab " or bookmarks either. Also when I switched to landscape the screen gets cut off. For a lot of people this happened after they first installed 10.1 and then deleted history for the first time. I know there have been several threads on this but heard different solutions. The second time it happened to me I did the 3 stepys and also disabled and re enabled cookies. Not sure if it will work for you..let me know

This is a known issue for 10.1. I'm glad that i'm not the one who experience this problem. I'll try your suggestion to see how it goes.

Make sure you follow step #2 correctly. Type that into your browser. Don't copy and paste and this should work for you as it did for me

I tried to disable and re-enable cookies and it works. Thank you very much.
