    guys i need your help, im actually starting to regret ever upgrading the so called bb 10.3. every time my phone switches off and on , it deletes everything in the fone, and actually starts from the day i installed it. it starts asking for bb id. is there a wirk around or its just how this freaking bb 10.3 works. please anyone who can help me.

    Well known issue, but with no solution for now. There is a pages long thread in Leaked/Beta forum about it. Some phones just reset back to factory settings on every reboot when 10.3.x OS is loaded.

    If this is the problem you are seeing, it is being looked into by Blackberry.

    Please see post#9 on pg.1 of the Blackberry Support link in the post above.

    There are instructions on how to send Blackberry your information regarding this fault.

    The more information we provide, the quicker the fault will be fixed.....hopefully.

    exactly same situation i am facing but no solution till yet.

    Restore previous official 10.2 OS and wait to see what BlackBerry will come up with.
