Hi, when i charge my blackberry, the battery doesnt go to 100%, it gets stuck at 64%. What can i do?

Hi ! Have you tried:
1. to restart your device
2. to power off the phone and then power it on after a couple of minutes
3. plug it on, power off and leave it to charge while off and start it after at least half an hour (or hopefully until the led becomes green)
4. power off, remove the battery and power on (only on z10 or q10)

Yesterday i leave it charging while off, now its stuck at 59%. Is this a battery problem?

Try removing the battery, Leave it out for few minutes and put it back in.

Also trying using a different usb charger.

It happens to me on my Z10 as well.. have seen this since I was using 9870. Mostly it's stuck in the 90's.. all I do is unplug, then plug again.. then it continues charging. But it does get annoying if it happens when we leave the phone charging at night..
