I read on here the "take battery out, power on, then put battery in" method works, but it didn't for any of my batteries.

The twist with this method is to plug the USB into your laptop...it takes forever to charge but it worked for me.

My batteries are just like when they were new.....must be the slow rate of charge or something

    Thanks to whoever posted that!

So you're saying you charged your Z10 with your PC and doing that refreshed the battery?

We can use the wall charger after the calibration? Or need to continue with the usb?

Not sure, but I know the USB computer method worked for me and resets the device or battery or both (I'm not a tech guy)

It worked for me, I do it once a week now and get full battery life like when they were new

Now waiting for rogers to release the passport on Oct 1 here, supposedly it's battery life rocks

Soooooo, after 1&1/2 + years of use, battery decided to start acting weird(shutting down at 18% for example)
I have always had a full day use of phone and only charged when I went to bed for the most part.
I tried this method and it worked! Interesting......
    Thanx

My method works better with 100% guaranteed results - when I see a phone shutting down on 10-20-30% etc., I just replace the battery with a new one. Works perfectly on every phone, not just BlackBerry. Let the guys with built-in batteries play with calibrations and battery refreshing procedures.
