ok now being serious. this is due to the fact that you've never fully drained your battery. this used to happen to me all the time until I drained the battery all the way till it turned off and then recharge fully. haven't seen it since I've done that.

Thanks sonicwheeler, but actually i have drain my battery 3 times "until turn off" since Feb 5th when i got it just for that reason, and in another post i mentioned this improved my Batt life significantly. I am not sure why it is still doing this but interesting none the less.
