    For some reason my battery won't go pass 63% when charging, anyone know how I can fix this?

    Are you using the official charger? Try letting the device die and then charge it. See what happens.

    You might want to also check and see if you have a bad battery. Can you swap out with someone else's battery and see if you phone will read it correctly.

    If that still shows a bad reading, you may need to recalibrate your battery. There is a thread on the BB10 forums on how to do that. A search should get you to it.
