I had z10 since us launch from at&t had no problems until it decided to blue screen and die. got a replacement phone, it was working fine till last night. me and fiance was out when we got home i noticed my phone was off. i thought maybe the battery died so i out it on the charger while going to bed. this morning no power at all, with the battery out and the phone plugged in the led light stays on. the old phone did not do that so im hoping its the battery. i just ordered a new battery. ive only had the replacement phone for a couple of months do anyone have any other suggestions?

Does the red light stay on for about 3 minutes, then go off? I had this happen. My Z10 was dead.

it stays on without the battery, i havent tried leaving it on for three the charger for 3 minutes. just got off work im about to got to att and hopefully they have a battery i can try out to make sure thats all it is. i love my bb z10 and would hate to go give it up but this is the second one that died on me hope a new battery will fix the problem or its another few days without my blackberry
