    So, can we get this small need out to BlackBerry? 10.2 is suppose to be a big update, this should be a definite priority.

    P.S. I know there are workaround but simplicity is the best.

    P.S.S. Is there a way to provide feedback to BlackBerry for bugs with the beta OSs?

    You mean beta OS' you're not supposed to have or the official one that is absolutely behind anything BlackBerry employees are running these days? lol. There isn't really any official way to report bugs aside from enabling error reporting on your device. If you're a developer you can use Jira - https://www.blackberry.com/jira/secure/Dashboard.jspa
