May phone had 80 percent of battery remaining.
Suddenly it fell off from my pocket and back panel and battery came out and when I put battery again it was saying battery empty. How could this happen.

Save what you need to save through Link. Get an Autoloader and reinstall the OS. After that do a security wipe. It will take a few days for the battery to 'settle down'. It's a battery calibration issue. During this time period only charge when needed like 15-20% and charge to full. The time period will gradually get longer between charges.

Make sure none of the battery contacts are damaged or that none of the pins on the phone to contact the battery are stuck. ALL battery contacts have to be working properly for the battery to charge and show the proper remaining battery life.
