Follow the link.... you'll have to recalibrate your battery as described.

    Long story short:
    - charge (or discharge) your battery to maximum (or minimum)
    - turn off your phone
    - take off your battery (and optionally your sim and microSD)
    - leave your phone like that for at least 2 hours (i'm leaving it rest over night)
    - put back your cards and battery
    - if you charged your battery to max, before you turned off your phone (step 2), now turn on the phone and let the battery discharge completely
    - if you discharged your batterry before step 2, now connect your phone to charger and wait for it to turn on, and then leave it charge to maximum

Like other posters stated, this fix will not last forever. The longer it lasts, the better, obviously.

Dear, removing of battery for 1hr don't work

First discharge ur battery completely upto z10 trunsoff.

Then remove ur battery and take any other battery of any phone place to + - sings to match with z10 + - and put ur z10 battery and charge it it will automatically turns on and charge for 4hrs completely without removing for charge

    It will work

While placing + - sings z10 will blink red led try for the led red. When it came remove the battery and insert your z10 battery
