    You can try wallpaper changer hd by shao soft. It's a great app that allows for this and other features as well.

    Check out Wallpaper Changer HD in BB World. Costs $2.

    Amongst other functions, it adds a SuperBar right below top bar of home screens showing battery percentage on left, date on tight, and choice of few items in middle.

    I'll post a screenshot in a few.
