Mine has gone to crap the last two days. Before battery would last a solid 1.5 days and now lucky to get 7 hours out of it. Nothing has changed. No new apps. Wondering if it was an update????

I don't think that it is BlackBerry world, The spark in BlackBerry world has been a common problem from the start. I had noticed the same thing with battery drain yesterday. It turned out that there was a bad connection on the Wi-Fi hotspot at my work and the phone just kept searching and flipping back and fourth between that and my carrier network. I turned off the Wi-Fi and the drain stopped. It was fixed this morning and have had no problems today.

I get equal speeds on 4G to lte difference is LTE drains battery life much faster.

Ok I have deleted almost every app except what's app which I know that can be a battery hog but my phone continues to drain battery. I have deleted and re added my email account a few times and that makes no difference. Can someone point out a data monitor app? Follows is today's battery drain where the phone was in standby while I was in meeting.

Between 9am and 12pm you were pulling almost -1w of power consistently, that's not normal for standby. Were you in an area with poor reception?

My phone pulls essentially a watt always. I was in a meeting from 9 until 2:30. Reception was good. I can not figure out what's causing this and it started suddenly around March 10 th. I use three batteries now to get through the day. The only good news is my phone doesn't draw much more current using it then idling.

Something happened during that period. Do you have WiFi at the office? A bad WiFi connection can do that too... but 1 watt is a lot

Wifi is off. Blue tooth was off. The only thing on was data and you can tell by graph the phone wasn't searching and sending. During standby the power drain is constant and even - no spikes. Here is today's chart. Same draw of course.

It'd help if they allowed users to view usage from the os like they did in the old blackberry platform. I found rogue apps constantly roaming data that way.

What app could be rogue. I only have cb10 and what's app. I have deleted the rest.
