Hi I am using battery app on my z10 and in the details it is showing some Cycle count. What actually it represents? And today it turned to orange. My phone is 15 days old.

The number of charge-discharge cycles the battery has gone through. 806 seems very high. It would be difficult to plug and unplug the charger that many times in 15 days (2.24 cycles per hour). Are you the original purchaser of the phone? What is the full name of the application? Have you asked the vendor about that number?

I use battery guru. It also keeps a cycle count. This number is much bigger and increases much faster. It says it is the approximate charge recharge cycles to date. It is un-implemented in the OS as it counts much much faster than it should. Nothing is wrong with your phone. Mine says over 3500 and there is no way.

Maybe the app is a buggy one. Because now it is showing 841. I even did not connected my phone to charger from my first post in this thread!
