    Guys I have the latest version but it frequently getting switch off when it's around in 80% where I can get to solve this problem I m using Z10

    Pull the battery, connect your charger to your device. Let it charge for 20 minutes. Put your battery back on and charge it to full. This should solve your problem. It solved mine.
