    So I have the BB charging bundle plugged into the wall with the charger that came with my Z10, and then I have the little rubber USB connector plugged into my Z10. I then get the red exclamation point on my little battery indicator. Isn't this the way I'm SUPPOSED to charge both?

    mine works ok that way. Is the battery seated properly in the charger?

    I believe so yes. Actually I noticed that once the charger starts blinking green, then the exclamation point goes away. Interesting!
