    Is anybody experiencing problems with the new OS update like Battery can fall from 98% to 0% just in 1 second. And then go on for hours like this,then Android Apps have the worst playback ever. How to solve this?

    I'd say the battery meter is faulty. I would reload the OS

    I did it twice with BlackBerry Link, same problem. Even when I try to Post a photo via Instagram my phone will restart.

    Do a search for Battery Calibration. To try to recalibrate it, when it shuts down on its own, take out the battery and leave it out for about 30 mins to an hour. Then put it back in and charge the phone with the original charger that came with the phone. You can use the Battery Charger App to monitor the Battery health. You might have to repeat the steps until the battery is back up to good health. Avoid using other chargers with your Z10.

    Is your Z10 a STL100-1?

    This model is well known for having battery issues, although some have reported it is better with 10.3.1 OS release.

    About the capacity of the battery it's very good but it is only the battery Meter from 100% it goes to 0% and holds for hours even a Day and more, the only problem is that this thing activates battery save mode and limits the features
