Backup and restore from STL100-1 to STL100-2

I had a Blackberry Z10 STL100-1 at first, but that was a little faulty. So I backed-up my data and sent it over for replacement. The new device that I received was STL100-2. However, I am not able to restore my backed-up data to the new device. Blackberry Link shows an error message saying "Incompatible Device Software".

How can I get my old data into the new device?

It is possible that the OS versions of the phones are preventing the restore. Try restoring only settings or only apps and see if that does it.

For me it works. Be sure you have the same OS version or higher than on STL100-1.
