I am having troubles backing up my Z10 with link. It used to work just fine but now it seems to stall out backing up blackberry runtime data. I did delete some files off my computer the other day, could that be that I deleted something wrong or has anyone seen this problem before

Have you tried reinstalling Link?

Uninstall BB Link from PC, then reinstall it.
Also, you can try to use the BB Data cable in another usb port to force the driver install for the new usb port address. THen all should be good.

Also, Sachesi, discussed in the OS Leak Subforum, can backup/restore the phone.

I uninstalled link and reloaded driver and still getting hung up at 76% when backing up blackberry runtime. Should I try to restore the software next with out a backup??

Well I got it figured out. Restored with a previous backup and all is well now, just had to update some apps and ringtones that were lost and now it will back up fine. Thanks for the ideas it sure helped me figure it out by trial and error
