Hi everybody

First I want to precise I'm french so excuse me for my English.

Yesterday I wanted to update my Z10 so I downlanded the 10.2.0.483 version and made a backup on BBlink. I have launched the installation and after I wanted put my backup to recover contacts, multimedia and if possible settings but this is not important

But it doesn't work, each time the back up stop at the beginning even if I select just multimedia for example.

Today I don't care about the new version, if someone is able to explain me how return to my backup with my old version (and if possible in an English as bad as mine ahah) it would be super !

I just downloaded the last release and the backup seems to work properly
