You charged it to 100 and it's not charged???
It Is charged just that I don't know why it goes back to 0%

Try to calibrate the battery by plugging it in the charger and restarting the Z10 by pressing&holding both the up and down volume keys until the BlackBerry logo(about 15 seconds).
