People normally buy new iPhones because their last one crapped out, either due to designed obsolescence, or handset abuse, not because of any real benefits.

I just replaced the battery and camera for my Z10, so it's going to last a while longer, even if it doesn't want to.

I see. So, there is a new iPhone every year because they crap out with time and BackBerry discontinued the Z10 because they are so reliable. I guess BlackBerry made these phones too durable for their own good. LOL.

One problem with BlackBerry for BlackBerry Lmtd is that they last, the other problem is the mentality of it's user to not upgrade.

Ever wonder why a washing machine made in 1972 lasts longer than one made in 2012? There's no money in durable goods. Cover the whole thing in glass and hold back on feature releases. The iPhones didn't even get MMS messaging for YEARS after basic phones already had the capability.
