There are options to have Box, Dropbox, OneDrive or your fave cloud service to automatically backup to their services for vids, pics, and docs. How would you set that up for audio only files?

you can't. They only back up pics or vids from the camera app. If you want to use the cloud service for your docs you will have to manually upload them
Third party backup apps available in BBW (Ultimate Backup by Runisoft and Backup Pro by Fire Chest Apps are but two examples) will allow you to schedule selective backups of your music and voice folders.
