    Auto update on Z10 has caused phone to get stuck on Finalizing device setup - 100%. I have removed battery and restarted - no luck, tried resetting by holding down the two volume buttons on the side - no luck. During both resets it just re-boots from scratch and gets stuck in the same place. Urgent assistance required this is an Ambulance First Responder emergency phone - need to get sorted tonight, what else can I do? Is there another reset option?
