My VIP client has a Z10 and everytime he tries to email himself a picture, the Z10 auto-populates his email address.

The problem is, the email address is wrong and it we cant seem to delete it, and it stays in the device memory. He isnt a contact in his device.

Even if he manually types the correct address, it reverts to the wrong address.
Any thoughts on how to get rid of those auto saved email addresses?

I was told a security wipe is the only way to get rid of those addresses in memory...must be a better way.

I've read some other posts with the same problem, and no solution. Don't know if a bug report has been submitted to BlackBerry.

Thanks buddy. Turns out a security wipe is the known work around but a FE is in the pipe. We are also going to try to associate the email address to a known contact and links, then edit it...

yep, ran into the same issue some time back. as I load leaks, generally as they are released, I just lived with it until I loaded the next leak which I do with including security wipe or two as is generally recommended.

Only way I know how to resolve it as well. Shouldn't be too hard for BB to come up with a "clear e-mail cache" option somewhere, maybe by e-mail account in settings, or something like that.
