The recent upgrade had lost my Mms. After a while BlackBerry figured out my issue. When I originally plugged the phone in it auto loaded the PC version not fully tested yet. Ended in 37. The PC version direct downloaded from BlackBerry site ends in 32. So after spending a few hours on the phone my latest update works great Mms is back and a big shout out the the BlackBerry tech that went out of his way to resolve my issue. My Z10 is pretty snappy now.
I would check it out maybe a lot of us let the phone auto load BlackBerry Link. Causing some of the other issues.

Can you please be more specific? Phone OS upgrade? MR and/or leak? Glad you got it sorted but need more info so this thread can help others.

A few pictures. My Z 10 never came with a cd for loading on BlackBerry link. When I plugged phone in it auto loaded the BlackBerry Link. Trouble was the version was not fully tested and that maybe why there are issues with the new update. So any one that has auto loaded the BlackBerry Link you may want to check to see if you have the right version for PC 1.1.1.32 is the right one for now
    I had 1.1.1.37.

If you have the wrong PC version you can still back up your files and install the right one directly from BlackBerry site and then do the upgrade and reload your info back on. Took a while but my phone runs great now.
