    Hi all,

Is it possible to delete some of the auto-corrections that come with the phone (but not all of them) and to add others? If so, how?

For example, when I type Ok, the word is automatically corrected to OK. However, if I undo this auto-correction (backspace to cancel the auto-correction), I see that Ok is not an error (not underlined in red) as I added it to my dictionary. So, how can I deactivate some auto-correction that come with the phone like this one?

    Thank you very much,

Main screen drop down menu, language and input, prediction and correction are where the settings are for correction
And you can make it learn to atop auto correcting a word by typing it in and swiping the word you wrote from the space bar. Do this about 3 times and it'll learn.

    Attachment 234930
Example: swipe up the yoh instead of the you. It'll learn.

    Hi Chanlion,

Thanks for your help. I wetn to those options before, but I was afraid to clear the learned words as this will clear ALL the learned words, not just the ones I want to get rid of.

I tried to do as you told me to make my phone learn the word I want it to remember, but it doesn't seem to work. I've done it about 10 times and, still, when I write "Ok", the auto-correct changes it to "OK".

    Thanks again,

    Hi all,

Do you know if there's a way to clear only one word from the learned words and/or from the auto-correction dictionary on the phone?

Does going to feedback and going into personal dictionary work? I don't use it so I wouldn't know. I just use space to correct misspelt words.

OK Blaccko, much as I want to say stop obsessing over Ok versus OK (which BTW my Z10 leaves both as is), if your typing pattern has somehow led it to "learn" OK, try using the word substitution feature.

    Settings/Language&Input/Prediction/Word Substitution.

    Add new substitutes as follows:

    ok Ok
    OK Ok

Add more if that doesn't do it for you.

    See attached example.
