    Sorry if this has been ask before.

    Will the Z10 work with BIS data service on my plan do do i have to move to there "Main Data Plan"?

    the reasion im asking is i do not what to loose my unlimited data but then i been told because of being grandfathered they can move me to the UL version of that plan but then others say they can not just so confused.

    This has indeed been spoken in multiple places.

    To answer your question they have an LTE unlimited BlackBerry plan they can switch you over too. If you are pre-ordering you choose a plan they offer, than when you get the phone, call them and they will put you back on the correct plan. If you buy in the store they can put you on the correct plan when they activate your new sim card.

    You can stay on your bis plan. The only thing is that you will not have LTE. Every thing else is good to go.

    So since you got your answer, I hope you don't mind if I hijack your thread instead of start a new thread with the same topic.

    I'm using my girlfriends upgrade to get my Z10. She's currently using a Lumia 900 with an unlimited lte data plan since she was grandafthered from our old bb plan.

    When best buy upgrades her line ill be very vocal about saving the data plan. Will they need to change her to a BIS plan or will her current data plan stay the same? Last few times we did business at best buy we had to be very vocal about not modifying the plan, and they still got it wrong. Luckily CS was able to fix it.
