Hi. I am successfully able to access the escreen diagnostics page on my Z10 and after clicking on 'General Radio' I am able to update the empty APN field to read 'att.mvno' but not able to save the changes. Every time i close out of escreen, the APN info is wiped out and empty again. Under settings>mobile network>APN, the field is prefilled with 'phone' and greyed out so not able to change it there. I have a Red Pocket sim card that worked great for 10.1.xxx for the past 5 months but after upgrading to 10.2.0.1791 with a Telus sim card, i can't get data on my phone. Voice, sms/mms work perfectly. My phone is unlocked by the way, thru AT&T. Thanks for any help folks.

I'd like to thank Georgefly97 for resolving this for me. He recommended a clean secure wipe and NOT to restore any backup from earlier. APN now saves in escreen Diagnostics page and data connection is good. Worked like a charm!
