    Guys,
    I know u had been discussing this silly issue for so long time but i get confused in the so many topics accordingly .

    I need your HELPPPP . After the update 10.2.1.537 my Z10 doesnt run any android files that used to work befor(such as Viber and so on)
    Even when i download new apk files i failed to install and it keeps getting me "processing" infinitly .

    I want your kind help with simple steps because i have little experience

    You can try a device reset first. (NOT the same as a restart.)
    Hold down both your Volume Up & Down keys for about 10-20 seconds. Keep pressing them, ignoring screenshot notification, BB splashscreen, black screen, red LED, and BB splashscreen again. I don't release the Volume keys until I see the blue startup icon.

    Anything work better after that reboot?

    Reloaded official OS 10.2.1 and download 1 mobile market. Android app directly loading to device. Swipe security permission setting and app manager "ON"

    If you've been side loading old versions of the Android Runtime on top of the OS, you may need to delete the old runtime and sideload the official Android Runtime build from the new OS.

    I am having the same exact issue. I've tried downloading an Android app from apktrain.com or installing one from Snap but I'm always taken to the "Processing" screen and nothing happens. Does anyone know how to fix this? I have a Q10, SQN100-4 and I've loaded software release 10.2.1.2102

    I believe there is something wrong with your android runtime. Try to sideload some new runtime bar files and then reset/reboot (holding both volum keys)

    I just got the official 10.2.1 update from Sprint and it fixed the issue!
