Any way to install native BlackBerry apps from a source apart from BlackBerry World?

Or is there any way of getting paid apps for free?

Catching a promotion. Other than that, you are in the wrong forum.

having a way to get FREE paid apps wouldnt be very secure and Blackberry is all about secuirity so yeah its possible on android and ios but unless its a promo or the DEV gives you the bar to install( highly unlikely) then its a big fat no

I've just started discovering my phone.
Earlier I was a symbian user and to get apps free I just use to crack my phone.
    I know about promos.
And seriously appreciate the way BlackBerry phones are secure.

While many of us would love to have free apps, knowing that BlackBerry 10 apps don't have the same masses as other platforms means devs my not have the same volume of downloads. So if those you want are paid apps, just pay for them support our devs.

In the meanwhile, lookout for free codes. Lots of giveaways on Crackberry.

Simplykartik - maybe someone should tell your employer (if you have a job) that you should not be paid for your work, just as you seem to expect from app developers.

Oh - but wait - that won't be a good idea, because then you won't be able to afford the price of a phone, and next you will want that free as well.

As a former android user, one thing I learned when I switched to blackberry os is when you want it, you have to buy it.

Look, blackberry users are small compared to other platform users. If they have a way to install paid apps for free, that would mean less income from those who buy apps on a small amount of users. Instead of making the app better, maybe as a developer I would be discourage to create more or better applications because on how my application has been pirated.

I admit it, I still install android paid apps on my z10 and pay for worthy apps on blackberry.

Hang on and watch in CrackBerry news and App forums for free giveaway codes which vanishes simply within minutes contrary to the preachers here.

Try out trail apps, free version of paid apps with limited functionality and if available try the web version via BB native web browser or sign up for Beta zone and try apps there also. Check out App Stalker from S4BB which notifies free apps, price reduced apps inside hub.

Meanwhile, if you like any, support a BBW app developer to continue the momentum.

BTW, try OfCourse! a great app for students.

No cracking around here mate, I'm not sure anyone here would tell you how to steal developers hard work and sweat, that's what you're asking indirectly really.....
