    Just wondering-
I got the notice yesterday in the mail. I wasn't expecting it since I live far from Washington State where the agreement between their A.G. and TMo was ironed out. Evidently, the final terms were that TMo would extent the offer to the entire country.
It was a flawed determination (IMHO), but I guess TMo signed it in good faith. How could people really think that if they walked away from a "no' contract" service offer that they would NOT be responsible for compensationg T-Mobile for a $600 device?

By the way, I will NOT be returning my Z10!

I am probably but because Tmobile is making me return mine. They will give me it back though. My dad is switching to Tmobile and he wants me on his account. Since we want the business line discounts

Well, that's news, I never knew about this.

But, I have to say you're right. Why would someone think they'd simply get a 'free' phone? Honestly...
