    After updating to 10.2.1, I found that I have to further update a 6 MB. What is this update?
    Is it the bloatware like AT&T family map, AT&T device help, etc? or is it a radio files, etc?
    Is this update required to have the phone run properly? Or can I skip it?

    You probably deleted some bloatware.

    It could be the latest update. Sometimes I saw a small update and after starting the download it turned out to be a couple of 100 MB.

    I don't know about the bloatware response. I can delete my bloatware, but it always comes back after reboot (which happens to me every day with the Z10 battery). I just stopped deleting it.
