PassportSQW100-1/10.3.1.2072
Yes, I've had that issue since I bought the phone, almost 2 years ago.

Nobody gonna explain, as it has already explained many times
Please search, you will find the solution

And there are known solutions and workarounds all over crackberry. Next time it shuts off on its own take out the battery and leave it out for at least 30 mins (most people say 1 hour). Then put it back in and charge it using the Original BlackBerry charger that it came with (you might be able to get away with using high quality blackberry chargers that are at rated higher than the Z10 charger, for example the premium charger or PlayBook charger or passport charger). If you want to surely get rid of and avoid/minimize this in the future stick to using the original Z10 charger. Never use older BlackBerry, or cheap generic low quality chargers. You might get away with some though but it's hit or miss and that can trigger off the issue. If the phone stops charging with the charger plugged in it could be due to the charging circuit or battery overheating. In that case allowing it to cool before resuming charging would help. Taking out the battery would allow it and the phone to cool faster. Once you pay attention to those things you should be fine with your STL100-1.

Guys if u have this problem...try using ur phone till it shutdown. remove the battery n kip it overnight...then charge it full n use....id tried this..it really work for stl 100-1

I agree with you....it really works most of the time.....but it is not required to put it overnight....1 hour is enough for getting battery apart from phone....
