    At least 1 hour to back up and just under 3 hours to restore... that is riduculous. Iphone and Android take a few minutes. I am enjoying my z10 but this needs to be addressed.

    You can only get Usb 3.0 speeds on a device that is capable of Usb 3.0.

    Z10 is not capable of Usb 3.0 speeds, regardless if you have Usb 3.0 on your computer.

    Mine takes forever. It takes about half a day to backup, load the new leaked os, and restore. I'm always expecting a minimum of 6 hours.... that's if there is no hick-ups.
