    Got a pre-order confirmation last Thursday, but no followup message since then - wonder if my phone will be at the Rogers store today?

    Anyone else?

    If you didn't get an e-mail saying it's been shipped, then it hasn't been shipped.

    Also, go to rogers.com reservation system. If your reservation says "OPEN" that mean's it's not even at the warehouse. If it says "In progress" it's at the warehouse, waiting to be picked up by UPS to deliver to the Rogers store you selected.

    Pretty much a useless system then, if you ask me.

    I went to the store and bought one this morning and then cancelled my pre-order on the website.

    Did the same as Will. Went in a store, asked if they had any. they said yes. I then cancelled right from my phone
