I used it for a couple days, but got tired of searching for the number over and over. It's a great feature, and would probably use it if I had more sensitive information on my phone, but the 4-digit password is back on my phone for now.

There you have it ladies and gentlemen...someone who doesn't use their phone directly while driving... my hero

That's not exactly what was said. They stop to UNlock it, but it sounds as if they then DRIVE!!!!

Hey, if the Supernatural dudes can take the "no txt and drive" pledge, the rest of us can, too!

But the number you chose should be the most common and visible though. for the most part.

I have been using it since the first day of the 1055 leak, it's great and no one guessed it yet...
It just sucks to look for the number and precisely match it when you're driving.. I end up parking at the side of the road to unlock the phone, then start moving..

Posted via CB10 on my Z10STL100-1/10.2.1.1055
Had not thought about that. It would be more dangerous when trying to make a call

Mine either. Sometimes, my number wouldn't even be on the visible screen.

Used it a bit. Then found I am faster at unlocking by using a PIN with simple password enabled.

I don't think the point was about speed but rather being able to unlock your phone even if you hooked it up to a flat screen 99inch TV. People just see numbers moving

I usually do the call before moving too, I drive a manual...
So I just free up my hands and get going... they probably had people with personal drivers when they designed it :P

I used it. But I am too quick with my simple password, which isn't very simple.

    Settings, Security, Device Password.

This option is on 10.2.1.1055 and up...
If you're on one of the leaks it should be under security...

If you happen to be on an official OS then don't search for it...

Tried the picture password on the 1055 but was not really great for me. It did not work most of the time. I will try it with the new leak some time later. It mostly fails to unlock.

I know what you mean. Works flawless on 1925 if you are wondering. I had to turn it off in 1055 but loving it now.

Same issue. I became wary that I might blow it entirely and that my device would WIPE! I did not want to go through installing and resetting and whatever. So I disabled it. I have 1925 but will wait a bit before trying it again.
