None of them are worth using anyway unless they run headless.

Headless means the app runs in the background. I also miss the call blocker I had on my 9900.

I can be corrected if I am wrong, but I do not believe BB10 currently has the available API to "know" or parse incoming phone numbers yet.
I also believe it needs to have a run on start up function and also be headless to consistently run in the back round to catch calls.
Without these 3 things, a call blocker would be useless or non existent currently.

PowerTools can block SMS and email due to the available API, but not calls AFAIK.

You can block incoming from the number which are not saved in your contact list using parental controls!
This is what most of the paid apps offer too! So there's no point in buying any.
