    I have upgraded to 10.3.3 and now have a 5 to 10 second delay when I answer my phone. People calling me are hanging up because they think I'm not answering. Any ideas?

    Interesting. Almost everyone got that "feature" starting with 10.3.0.x. Only marginally better in 10.3.3.x.
