My pc is connected to a whole system of speakers. So I try to play music via bluetooth... it does it but its doing that thing old scratched CDs did. Forgive my bad explanation.

Is the problem likely to be OS based? Cause in the past I used to play without issues

    Jumpy, skippy music.

Could be a BT incompatibility, interferance or sheer slow connection.

When you managed to make it work fine, was it the same device on a different OS?

I just tried here and it only gets skippy/jumpy if I move away from the device. If I remain in the same room, it behaves.

    Give us some more details.

Delete the bluetooth device from phone and pair them up again I have to do this every few days to stop the sound randomly dropping off my headphones. Works for me give it a go.
