Search for motorola right angle micro USB adapter. I have 3 of them and they're all excellent quality. Got them off amazon for $6 a piece I think. Used to be cheaper.

I'll second Monoprice. They're awesome and not just for cables. Buy with confidence from them. I have been for years. The only thing I don't like about Monoprice is that they love to put their logo on everything. So expect their branding on a monitor, drawing tablet, case, etc...it's annoying. But on a cable or 90 degree adapter, it's not going to be a problem.
