    Yesterday I tried installing drink water app from the BB WORLD and quickly decided to delete it. Even after deleting the app I still got notifications. I checked the app was not shown on my app drawer screen. When I made a search I can see the app has not been deleted and it still remains in the phone. I stopped getting notifications after rebooting the phone. The funny thing is the app launches sometimes when I launch it from the search. But not always.

    Reconnect to the app for installing side-loaded apps from your computer. And perform the uninstall from there; even if you DON'T see the app installed, STILL perform an uninstall. I had to do that once with an app that I was using...

    It is not a side load app. I installed in from the blackberry world.
