How far superior will android apps be in upcoming 10.2 performance wise as many apps have very leggy experience compared to the native performances they have. So will 10.2 bring any performance boost or it will just load up jelly bean apps and give leggy and stuttering user experience

it has native support which means they should run more or less at full speed.

Also, mods please move this to android sideloading or bb10 os forums

So far so good. Try it for yourself. Get Z/Q10. Load 10.2 leak. Sideload unlocked Android. Sideload your apps. Done.

When I moved from 10.1 leaks to the 10.2 leaks, I noticed a big difference with some Android side-loads, less difference with others, and absolutely no difference with some.

All of the Android apps I run have been just as smooth as on my android device. I only have a small number of Android apps I run anyway. You should probably be more specific. Do YOU own a Bb10?

it does, but you need a debug token. Basically, 10.2 brought improvements as in native support without debug tokens and improvement overall

Well, to be specific, only the unlocked runtimes (from <10.2.0.810 and that 127.x.x.x runtime) have native code support without debug tokens.

yes i know. I have the unlocked runtime. 810 is also unlocked but many apps don't work on it.

They have added hardware acceleration and updated the UI as well as including the 4.2.2 OS so for most apps performance and initial startup should be much improved.

Much better. With 10.2 it doesn't feel like the Android ports are...well...android ports.
The speeds are faster and less choppy. The button presses are more responsive.
Some of the ports and sideloads run as good as the native apps and I would argue they work better than on some android phones.

It's like comparing a 5 year old computer to a new one.

Nobody knows for sure but a good estimate is by the end of this year. I think the Z30 will ship with 10.2 installed.

If you've got the time, I would suggest to learn how to install a 10.2 leak and the unlocked Android runtime. It was worth it for me.
