    So I recently purchased 12 Years a Slave and American Hustle on the Blackberry World since it is on sale for .99cents. 12 Years downloaded just fine but Hustle gives me this message:

    "The license for American Hustle has expired. You will need to purchace this content again".

    I tried purchasing it again and it'll tell me that I have purchased the movie and will not be charged again. But when I download it, I'll. Get the same expired message. I've. Rebooted my Z10 to see if it'll work but not luck. Anyone else having issue downloading this movie???

    I've been fighting BlackBerryHelp on this for 4 days now on Twitter. Already filled out the refund form. It is American Hustle for certain because I cannot download it either. If they haven't already, they will tell you to refresh BlackBerry world on your device and reboot. I love BlackBerry, but man do they have the ****tiest customer support!

    When they were on sale at Christmas I bought 6 movies, two of them didn't work. Fought with them for five weeks and finally gave up. They must of asked me four times what happened, I sent them screen shots and explained in detail what was wrong. I finally gave up. Every time quit took them a week to answer, wasn't worth the hassle.

    Yes this is frustrating. I purchased American hustle for the 19.99 price before the sale. Would not download at all. Then I saw it for. 99 thought I'll buy that one and maybe it will work, but it just responded with you already own it. Then failed to download. I sent an email to bbw support, and have not rec'd any response. I also asked for a refund, and no response. Still waiting. Joy.

    Same issue here. Bought it but upon download, it tells me the licnese has expired. All inquires to Blackberry have gone unanswered to this point. So disappointing.

    Nah. Not my cup of Java.
    But I did get "12 Years A Slave". Very intense...
    It went fine, but took 3X the memory it should have.
    Always had that issue with BBW movie downloads.

    EDIT: Got Jack Reacher too!

    I had a problem like that once with a Christmas gift app. To fix it I had to refresh my BBworld app list!

    Having the same issue on my Z10. Bought it today and getting license expired. My previous movie purchases during the $0.99 sale in December went without issue.

    Looks like mine is finally downloading now too. Sad I still didn't receive anything from the BlackBerry support email I sent out about it. BlackBerry must drastically improve customer support and interaction. It is something that they have always been criticized for but have never addressed.

    You just gotta know who to sweet talk. Michael Clewley emailed them after I told him back and forth in email what was going on. He is the one who fixed it. I just made him aware of it. The man is a wizard!
