    What version on SW do you need to be on in order to get Amber Alerts. I have a Z10 on 10.1.0.2019

    It's only on the Verizon network I believe. So you can't get it and I believe it is also just for the US and in certain states. I could be wrong though

    I am on AT&T here in Atlanta, Ga. I do see Verizon and Sprint and AT&T coworkers getting them I seem to be the only one not getting them. I am also the only person with a bb also.

    I had OS 10.1 installed earlier today and never had the option, upgraded to 10.2 and now have the amber, presidential, and storm alerts options under hub settings. ATT model. So this does look to be a 10.2 feature!

    I'm on att on 10.1.0.4543 leak and I get them. That doomsday alarm scared the crap out of me.

    It works on T-mobile. If you select notifications as "phone only", you will not hear the alert.

    I tested the alert sound and suspect one would shout "Fecal matter!" if it went off unexpectedly.
