    Who has no issues with Z10 every other thread is about reboots data consumption etc! I got Z10 a week after the launch with telus no issues so far. If i really want to be a ***** I would say I think my battery is an issue lasts be 9 hours and then I gotta recharge. I can live with it but just wondering anyone else with error free Z10 its a pretty solid device and never had any reboots issues no data issue.
    Yes at times my phone app got stuck so had to restart the device and thats pretty much it

    I agree. But I'm also a Telus user. I believe they eight haven't tampered with it as much as other carriers or their software updates are up to date and stable.

    I too haven't had a single issue, nor has anyone of the 55+/- Z10s in my office.

    That's not to say others aren't having problems. But dammit, take the phone back if it has problems. Nobody is yelling or flaming people with issues but what are we supposed to do if ur phone if rebooting??? Give you a hug?

    If it takes 3,4 or even 5 tries to get a good one then I say it's well worth it since it just cost you $600

    How to use your phone we can help. We can also listen to what you think the OS should or should not contain. But we can't help with your reboots and lack of instagram.

    99% of the Z10s sold have no issues, and those who have had an issue come online looking for help. This isn't the blackberry forum its the crack berry forum where people addicted to their phones come to share, not be told their devices suck

    With bell since the launch and no issue. Haven't rebooted for a month now and still runs smoothly. I have a few sideloaded apps, a couple of big games (dark knight rises, nova). 5 active sync account, Facebook, Twitter, linked in and battery last well over 10h with moderate use. Remember that people with issues are much more vocal than others.

    I got mine Friday, and its Sunday now, I looked down during Sunday champagne brunch and noticed it had restarted between my 4th and 5th mimosa. I just thought...really nothing.....I guess if it starts doing it every day 6 or 7 times I'll do something about it.

    Owned a Verizon flavored Z10 for 10 days now and have had no issues with reboots or battery life. In fact, my battery lasts longer than the Bold it replaced. The more I use it, the more I'm pleased with the phone, minus some nits that I hope an updated OS will eventually solved (e.g. - unable to customize profiles; saving of VM password; unable to keep Outlook contacts/calendar items in sync on my Laptop with Link, etc.).

    What has suprised me, was how quickly I was able to learn and get productive with the "gesture" based interface. I thought I would really miss the physical keyboard of the Bold...and though there are times I do miss it such as just being able to start dialing a number...I'm definitely a "touchscreen" convert.

    I've had my Z10 from the Canadian launch date so one of the first to switch over. Haven't had a single problem yet and the phone keeps getting better with every update.

    I'm almost afraid to post this for fear of jinxing myself. I guess I can be counted as one of the lucky ones.
    I've had my VZW Z10 for just over 3 weeks with no major problems. I feel for all the others with the reboot problem but luckily I haven't experienced the 1st one that I haven't initiated. Those were to see if it would help extend my battery life. Seems to have helped a little.
    The only thing I'm really unhappy about is VZW's delays of the latest OS that could help those with the problems.

    The issue is everyone comes here for help and too learn more about bb's. That's why you get a lot of complaint threads. But most of them need to learn "You catch more bee's with honey" so if they make a thread about an issue and be "Humble" about it they won't get sharted on!

    I have owned my Z10 since March 15th ,purchased from Dubai (STL 100-1).
    So happy to hear that your experience as been as good as mine. so far the Z10 has been a breadth of fresh air for a blackberry loyalist like me.
    Just like you, i used to read through all the posts in the forum regarding to reboots ,battery drains and email issues and wonder whether i have been lucky and was waiting to hear from someone that they are equally alarmed at the issues that others have been facing .
    Barring SugarSync ,which i use extensively has my cloud storage solution every other app works just fine. I have tried re-installing SugarSync several times but it just crashes each time.
