I've lost my Porsche Design clock, which I thought would happen. Is there any way of getting it back? It seems the original crack is sealed?

Just sideload that clock bar and redo the whole backdoor trick.
My alarm is also not audible any longer. Does anyone know if there is a fix? The alarm times can be set and the visual notice pops up, but there is no tone. Kinda defeats the purpose of having an alarm.

Did you click on the alarm in the clock screen, then click on the alarm tone and make sure that the volume is turned up?

Download the free BB Virtual Expert and run the sound tests.
But I've not used the Alarm since getting the Z10, so I just set one and will see in about a minute....
Mine is working although my chosen mp3 was not played but the default rising crescendo..... (need to reset to House of Rising sun!)

Any chance this is similar problem I'm having? Since upgrade, bluetooth volume is the only volume I can adjust even though it is not connected... so open a YouTube video and get no sound! need to restart device everytime.

I tested out my alarm just now, and where you can "try" the tone of the alarm out, there is sound. Yet when the alarm goes off it's just the pop up notification and no sound. The volume is up..very odd. They release a update this big for the phone and now there is this error? Ugh
I think it is the Stones version - maybe not. And I'm older than old enough to remember. Actually, I'm old enough to also forget - REGULARLY!

I took my battery out and then installed it and rebooted. The alarm works again. However, it did not fix the problem with voice command - there is still no voice. I also had am issue clicking on any Facebook messages from the Hub. Nothing would happen. Since I pulled the battery and put it back in, now it works.
