Hey guys and gals!

Whenever I'm staying in an area with bad cell reception for a short period, I just throw my phone into airplane mode. It saves power and there is zero risk of a roaming charge!

However, the settings menu is a little awkward to get to, compared to the generally smooth and fun experience of the UI!

How it CURRENTLY is: Swipe, tap, (wait), tap, swipe, (wait), swipe, tap.

(Open settings> tap settings> wait for it to open> tap networks> swipe airplane mode> wait for radios to deactivate> swipe up to minimize> tap to close settings)

How it COULD be: Hold, tap, (wait).

Am I the only one that feels this way?

I'm using my phone with Wind mobile, so this concern is more relevant on this kind of a network than some of the big dogs, but I think that it is still a good idea in general. It would really add to the speed of the interface.

I say the swipe down menu from the top needs the ability to ve customized with whatever options we want like this and gps on off

and tap+hold on sound profiles should allow for easy and quick change of profile
