You need to reload the OS. That is not normal.
Do this:
Download the OS from here: http://forums.crackberry.com/bb10-le...oaders-995995/
Download the file you need, unzip the file, cable up to your PC, close Link and click the exe file. You will have the same OS as you do now and it will be working this time.
How can I reload OS, and how can I take backup of contacts and others media. I am not able to access any thing, any applications. Even I am not able to connect with Blackberry Desktop Manager.
