Was wondering if anyone else has noticed this, no matter how I set the option for displaying sent items, they are all shown (with check next to them ) in the hub. I've restarted the phone, restarted the hub, no help...this is happening with all email accounts, EAS and POP

This was there before the latest update. I have mine in conversation mode and keeps them if I reply but doesn't if I create a new msg. I wish they were all gone.

I can verify that this was not an issue (at least on mine) for EAS accounts prior to the update. POP email accounts did show the sent items in the hub even when it was set to NOT display them, but my ActiveSync accounts functioned as they were supposed to, with the sent items not being displayed. Now after the update, ALL are being displayed regradless of the setting.

*UPDATE* - I did a security wipe and set the phone back up as new...now the sent items correctly are not being displayed when the setting is configured as such.

Ah, damn, I do not want to wipe the device. I don't trust the restore feature in Link from past experience.

I have never seen this issue, so I'm guessing it's a device specific one. Probably something to do with the software environment on a particular device. I have no issues hiding sent and filed messages; never did with any OS version. Like the poster above though...I would not want to do a wipe and restore. BB Link is too unreliable for that.

After the upgrade, my sent items can still be hidden if you change the setting to not show sent messages.

The one thing that is lacking in my unit after the OS upgrade, now I can no longer sort my photos. The settings when you are in the gallery is gone.

I also noticed the problem afteer the upgrade and no matter wht I sent the sent items setting to, it changes nothing in the hub and is very annoying. Is a security wipe really the only way to resolve this?!

I have not noticed this issue. After the update I can still hide sent messages.
