I updated my z10 via blackberry's web site,it deleted quite a lot off my phone,had to re-install a lot of apps that vanished,but I am not sure if I have the latest update???? my phone says: Software release: 10.2.0.429 OS Version:10.2.0.1803

Can anyone help me check if my phone is up to date please?Many thanks.

The new phone answering symbols do not appear on my phone,i.e. the swiping to left or right to accept/reject a call.

The lastest OS after the last global Update is 10.2.1.537

The new OS is 10.2.1.1925. Search the forum and you will find the latest leak to download. If your carrier hasn't send you the update, the leak is the best way to go. Don't forget to back up your phone

The latest official OS is Software release 10.2.1.537 which consists of OS version 10.2.1.1925 and radio version 10.2.1.1899. Update your phone via OTA or BlackBerry Link. The new call screen are only for 10.2.1.

So,it did not update to latest,even though it told me it was!!!All unnecessary work for me putting it all back on,useless Blackberry website.I am on crappy Vodafone UK,who have decided we cant have it yet.Don;t know how to install a 'leak'.What is OTA?(over the air?)

I'm on Vodafone UK too and managed to install the leaked os by following instructions on crackberry. It's pretty straight forward

I managed to update it,don't ask me how,took me hours!!!!Looks good,but I can't seem to change the main screen wallpaper,any ideas as to how its changed???

Hi,thanks for the info,but that only sets the wallpaper behind the icons,I mean the start-up screen,i can't change it!!!
